Our trip from Calgary to Banff was fantastic! Jay our driver was early which was good on a cold day. He was very pleasant and helpful, loaded all our luggage for us. Jay put us at ease right away and pointed out interesting landmarks along our trip. We were also dropped off right outside our accommodation which was amazing as it is our first trip to Banff and we were tired after a nine hour flight. Thank you Jay you were Amazing. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️★

Our guide Jackson was fantastic. We joined the tour with a 5year old boy in September 2025. As the way to the lakes was quite long, we told him that our son might need to go washroom and then he stopped by for washroom o the way back even though it was not planned. He is very kind and fun to talk with. Our son loves him. We definitely recommend to use this tour to go around the famous lakes. They are absolutely beautiful.★

this trip was amazing, picked up at my hotel, explained how many more pick ups to go. very very informative on what was around us. The guide even stopped at an extra waterfall on the way back because we had time. we had a good talk about photography.
