Although it was an English-speaking tour, the tour guide clearly tried hard to take care of everyone, using simple vocabulary. Before boarding, the guide even remembered where everyone was from, which was very thoughtful. The overall schedule was excellent, ensuring no one was too tired or didn't have time to use the restroom. The welcome ceremony was also very interesting, with indigenous people introducing the local culture. While in the rainforest, the guide had exceptional eyesight and spotted a wild lizard 🦎, patiently pointing everyone in the right direction – it was truly amazing. At sunset, the guide even stopped at a service area for everyone to take photos with the sunset, and proactively and enthusiastically helped take pictures – the whole experience was truly wonderful!★

A classic half-day tour. Rain was forecast, but the weather cooperated, so it was quite nice. Those prone to motion sickness should definitely take medication before going out to sea.★

Our driver and guide, Mr. Zhang, was very humorous and dedicated to serving the tourists. He provided commentary throughout the journey and even took group photos for everyone. Although the weather was bad and it was raining, with Mr. Zhang by our side, we still had a pleasant day.★

The scenic flight has been espectacular. I was in another flight in Nazca (Perú), and the experience was complete diferent. This pilot was amazing. I enjoy a lot. All kind of scenaries and spots that I have seen the reef has been unbelieble.

overall, the trip was nice especially the tour guide on that day. they just changed our itinerary to port douglas instead of Cape Tribulation because of the recent flooding at Daintree.★

They send you a clear and easy-to-understand message the day before, specifying the pickup location and time. (Be sure to check your email and pay attention, as this may differ from what you requested when booking.) On the day of your visit, you'll be given a detailed schedule, and if you follow it, you'll find all the shuttle buses and be able to enjoy all the activities you booked. You can even hold a koala and take pictures! So cute and amazing!
