I used this service for a 3-night, 4-day trip to Busan and Gyeongju, Korea. I was a little worried because it was so cheap, but I had no problems. I never had to deal with customer service. I highly recommend it. I'd definitely use it again if I go to Korea.

Missing the bus by a twist of fate led to a tense and exciting start, but thankfully I participated in the entire trip and it was a great memory. I communicated effortlessly with our Chinese-speaking guide, Gon, a very warm and responsible Korean young man. He was always eager to help, offering to take photos, and proactively recommending good restaurants and beautiful scenery. He even gave me lovely postcards. A fantastic day trip!
