I usually use an unlimited eSIM with a number, but I purchased this for the first time for my two-day stay. I haven't used it in crowded situations like concerts, so I'm not sure, but I didn't have any problems with the signal for normal use. It's not suitable if you need a Korean phone number, but if you don't need a phone number, it's good value for money and I don't think you'll have any problems! I haven't used customer support, so I don't know.★

I used this in KL, Bangkok and Shanghai. Overall the signal was ok. Sometimes we do get a drop out but it’s not often. We managed to use all social media platforms with this eSIM at Shanghai. Only thing is if you want to hail a ride you’ll need a number for it in china.★

Excellent SIM card. We used it in the UAE and Oman. We got the 1GB per day plan—it was always enough for both internet and navigation. Search doesn't work well in tethering mode, but social media works fine. It's very easy to set up, the signal is good, and we're completely satisfied with the service.★

This is my second time visiting Korea. I also used this service on my previous visit. Unlimited data is something no other carrier offers, so it's very useful. However, the signal strength can be poor from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM, but as long as you can tolerate that, it's an eSIM that works without any issues.★

I ordered two eSIM cards. One for me and one for my wife. For some reason, the connection didn't work in China, which was disappointing at first. Then it turned out I needed to enable roaming in the SIM card settings (iPhone 17). And I got a connection in the Philippines. The reception is pretty good, you can even make video calls.
