The eSIM received could connect to the network but wasn't stable. We contacted the support and they issued a different eSIM for us, with different local operators, that worked very well. Overall satisfied with the service, even though we "lost" the first few days of the package before realizing the network hiccups weren't normal and getting in touch with customer support.★

I installed the SIM card twice. It didn't work the first time. After that, it worked fine. But, of course, I'd like it to work right away, since having internet access in a new country is crucial.
