The guides weren't dressed in black as advertised, and they didn't have umbrellas with the Spanish or English flags. Since several groups were starting from the meeting point, there was some confusion. The guide, Oscar, was okay; he was entertaining and gave helpful tips.
Reviews: Eurail Global Train Pass [Official Agent/Issuance of Tickets Immediately/Travel in 33 European Countries/Cross-border Use, Unlimited Times]
Guest User2026-04-06
Overall it is definitely not cheap, but you can travel on trains around Europe as many times as you want during the period, flexible and convenient, especially for last minute travelers. Keep in mind in countries like Spain, Italy and France, the reservation fee is expensive and can add up quickly, so you need to plan ahead. Also, in most countries, the app cannot be used in the tickets gates automatically, and must seek help from staff. Hope they can improve it.
Reviews: Brussels Small-Group Chocolate Appreciation Tour

Nina was an incredible tour guide! The group was a perfect size, the chocolates were a great variety (and delicious of course) and she had so much knowledge of the area and shops. The history and the variety of information made it so fun.
