The majority of the group was European, with just the two of us being Asian 😂 Our guide, Monica, was incredibly kind. She proactively chatted with us, asking where we were from, and engaging in relaxed conversation to help us adjust and fit in 👍🏼 (She had also been to China and loved it!) Throughout the trip, she frequently checked on us to see if we were comfortable and if we were experiencing any discomfort! She was very professional 😊 She would tell us in advance about the amazing scenery we passed so we could quickly take photos and videos. She's a very nice person. Having Monica on this trip made it very easy and comfortable for us; we had no discomfort whatsoever. Thank you! We hope to have the opportunity to see her again next time. Friends who are planning this trip, please confirm with the travel agency beforehand whether Monica is your guide. She will give you a truly unforgettable and wonderful journey! Our bus ride there was very comfortable. She stopped frequently to remind everyone to use the restroom, enjoy coffee, and share Milanese cuisine with us! The train journey was incredibly scenic, the ride was very comfortable, and they even gave out souvenirs near the end. The whole trip was mainly about enjoying the scenery; it was very chill and relaxing, without any rushing or pressure. Highly recommended! 👍🏼

Our Taiwanese tour guide, Mr. Chen, was truly excellent. This was the first time he'd asked me to leave a review on Ctrip. Perhaps because it was a high-end tour, there were only nine passengers. The plane was two-thirds empty when we went. Only nine people on the bus! The other members of our group were truly amazing!!! You get what you pay for; I always book five-star or private tours on Ctrip, and the quality is consistently guaranteed. Whether visiting the National Palace Museum, the Buddhist Temple, Alishan, or Sun Moon Lake, Mr. Chen always led us to avoid peak seasons. Our trip was very comfortable!
