I recommend buying one upon arrival instead, as there's free Wi-Fi and it's easier to activate at the airport. After trying for a day, I finally got a signal and it was great. Service was very reliable.  I just had a problem registering (to enable top up in case I travel again) because gender is required but the gender tab in their registration page is not working.
