Nice boat and spacious. Very friendly and helpful staff in office and on board but really struggled to hear the commentary. Sound system a bit poor but nice trip on the river do would reccommend.★

George Smith was an amazing navigator extreme educated and it made the ride even more enjoyable.
Missed the boat 4 minutes late and got charged 30% times book the next booking which u feel like was a bit harsh to be honest. Seeing as the boats were not full to capacity. My friend was on crutches and traffic busy I know boats have to leave on time but….
