It is recommended to arrive 90mins before departure time but everything was so smooth I think arriving less than 1 hour before is still fine! There was no need to print out anything, I just showed my passport to the ticketing counter and got my boarding pass easily. They will write the Gate number on your boarding pass. Departure timing was punctual, seats were comfy and there was aircon too. A very pleasant 1hour journey all in all.★

The cabin environment was impeccable—very clean, tidy, and comfortable. However, it's true that some people vomit when the waves are rough, which is quite normal. My travel companion vomited too.★

highly recommend to get the seafood dinner! 💓 i was skeptical because they didn’t state exactly what was included, but the set consists of 1 black pepper crab, 1 plate of gong gong, 1 plate of veg, 1 plate of sweet and sour fish, 1 corn soup, rice and tea! SUPER filling for 2 pax and super worth it compared to the prices in the bintan resort area. i think the mangrove tour is okay but we didn’t really catch many fireflies (maybe because of the tide or that there were way too many tourists going for the fireflies tour 😭) so manage your expectations!Trip.com picks
