Overall, it was acceptable, except for one flight ticket where everything was wrong. To avoid disrupting my subsequent itinerary, I had to buy another ticket for the outbound leg myself, and I still don't know what the error was. Ctrip only promised to refund the cost of the self-purchased ticket. I was satisfied with the other travel accommodations. I hope Ctrip can improve its service and make travelers feel more at ease.
