Sometimes I had no internet connection at all (twice in 10 days, for a couple of hours in the morning), and the phone would heat up while searching for a network. It's convenient that it covers multiple countries. I never used the 1 GB per day, but at least I had peace of mind. It was cheaper than similar options.

We've used the service several times – always the highest quality. I didn't immediately figure out how to view the remaining data, but support helped me out almost immediately. The speed is phenomenal; you can watch videos online in high quality even in the mountains with poor coverage from other providers. Amazing!

The SIM card was excellent and worked in four EU countries. After flying from one country to another, the internet stopped working. I contacted support, and they responded immediately and explained how to connect to the internet in just a few minutes. The price is a bit steep, but I think it's worth it.

An ongoing problem when used in mainland China,  service was not stable, requiring many a number of calls to support & a few resets, not the best experience. elsewhereinAsia, no problem though.
