The car was clean and spacious, and the air conditioning didn't smell moldy. While the driver didn't speak English well, communication was smooth and the staff did their best. With WhatsApp, you can call 10-15 minutes in advance to minimize waiting for the car on the road. (Due to Bali's traffic conditions, cars can't wait on the road forever; someone has to wait for the car, which is inconvenient. The roads are so narrow that cars have to wait behind you while you're parked.) I'm not sure if the driver can use KakaoTalk. He waited nearby for our family from 8:00 AM to 7:30 PM. He parked a little further away when parking was required. Instead of buying us food or drinks, he included them in the tip (he sent me a text message thanking me for the tip that morning. He didn't just receive the tip that day, but also expressed his gratitude the next day, which I also appreciated.)

The speedboat trip from Bali to Lembongan Island took about 40 minutes and departed quite punctually. The ride wasn't too bumpy. However, upon arriving at the South Island pier, you need to wade across the water. Since we had children with us, the boat staff kindly helped carry them to the beach; the service was quite good.

It's quite convenient and cheaper than agents and hotels offer. But the downside is that from the ticket office to the pier you have to walk with suitcases for about 200 meters along an uneven path. But you can pay the employees at the cash desk 50k and they will take your suitcase directly to the ferry.

The booking confirmation was sent almost immediately, including a photo of the sales office sign, which we found quite easily in Sanur Port. At the office, we were given a QR code to enter the port building, along with badges. The boat's name was also written on the receipt. The port itself was quite crowded by departure time (since several boats were departing at the same time), making the port building a bit stuffy. The departure itself was delayed by 20-25 minutes, which was unpleasant, but not critical. Overall, I was satisfied with the purchase process and the trip itself, especially since buying at the ticket office would have been significantly more expensive.
