I used it at Hanoi Noi Bai International Airport during my layover. It took 2-3 minutes to connect after landing, which made me a little uneasy, but once it picked up a signal, it worked almost exactly like in Japan.
However, I tried tethering one of my family's iPhones, and the speed dropped significantly, so be aware of that.
But considering the price (in the double digits), it's an incredible bargain.★

It’s great eSIM especially if you want to save time on getting a physical sim or if you’re arrivingb late night to the country and want to have a SIM card right away 😁 yeah it’s a bit more expensive than getting a local one but you’re paying for convenience.
