We finished our itinerary around 3 PM, and afterwards they took us to sample famous local delicacies and drinks. We also had time to experience the local ferry service and discovered that it was very convenient to easily pull our luggage to the ferry terminal and transfer to the train – super convenient! The train station is right above the ferry terminal, so we didn't need to hire a car to cross the bridge to Butterworth.

My driver/guide for this trip was Mr. Soni Liang, who was very humorous and talkative. He enthusiastically helped optimize the itinerary according to my travel plans and arranged unique and affordable local meals. I had a very fulfilling and satisfying day in Penang! What a fulfilling day! Starting at 1 PM was perfect, it was so hot during the day! We ate durian together and enjoyed sitting by the sea! The driver even recommended some great restaurants! Such helpful explanations! Thank you so much to the driver for his company throughout the day! I'll definitely choose this restaurant again next time I'm in Penang!
