This was a wonderful experience and our guide and driver were amazing! The price is a bit on the steeper side, but overall a great experience!

Great tour, tour guide was great! Shared lots of facts about the locations and took us to great spots to get the best views. Would 100% recommend.
Reviews: Guided tour - Viking Village, Nærøyfjord Cruise and Flåm Railway

This is a must do trip. This is the only guided tour we did in Bergen and was 100% worth it. We were with Michael and Lynda, who were a great team. Surprisingly, we had great weather (for the area). The Viking village was authentic. Cute gift shop. The boat is a five minute walk from the Viking village. We sat on the upper deck of the boat in the center and still had a great view. Don’t get anxiety about where you sit. Bring a light raincoat. We had about 40 minutes in Flam to shop at the gift shops or get a bite to eat before the train. Either side of the train is good. We sat on the right and I would do that again. The scenery is gorgeous. Michael had our own car reserved for us. That was a plus because there were several tour groups that did not have the personal space requirements that many feel more comfortable with. You travel on a big bus to the Viking village and then the big bus takes you back from where you get off the train in Voss. The bus was brand new and very comfortable. All in all a great tour. I would give it more than five stars if I could. Food is on the fly and we had lunch on the boat. It was meh, and the line was long. They asked that you do not eat your own food on the boat but I saw others eating a more nutritious lunch than was offered that they had brought.

Overall, it was a good and quite exciting experience. The guide shared some interesting facts, and the route was well planned with enough stops and visits to many different places. From other reviews I already knew that the cruise and the train ride back are done without the guide, with tickets provided, so it was fine for us, although it might come as a surprise to some people.

Great. Transport went smooth and really enjoyed the cruise seeing the fjord and viking village. Weather was nice that day, so the views were really good.
Reviews: Bergen: Nærøyfjorden, Flåm, and Stegastein Guided Bus Tour

We immediately felt comfortable and safe in the minibus. Our guide, Thomas, drove very carefully. He told us fascinating and interesting stories about the country and its people with great humor. We thoroughly enjoyed his tales. Since it was below freezing, the waterfall was frozen. This meant we could admire beautiful ice sculptures. The fjord cruise on the state-of-the-art boat was cold but lovely. The light that day created a truly unique play of colors. The drive to the viewpoint was a bit adventurous due to the road conditions, but Thomas handled it expertly. Unfortunately, Thomas didn't share any more stories or interesting facts on the return trip, as there were actually some fellow travelers who just wanted some peace and quiet 🤔 (Dear fellow travelers, perhaps next time you should stay home or in your hotel). When I book excursions, I want to learn something, see new things, and discover new experiences. Thank you, Thomas, for the fantastic tour!
