We went on this tour expecting to be with other people, but instead we were alone with our guide, Emad, who was very knowledgeable, a skilled photographer, and spoke excellent English. He gave us the option of choosing what to do and in what order (starting with Giza or Saqqara). The only downside was that he wanted to take us to a perfume and oil shop, and we never stopped for lunch, but luckily we weren't hungry! Overall, a great experience, and thank you, Emad!

Incredible pyramid. However, the descent into it is very, very difficult. You have to be in good shape.

I had an incredible day exploring Dashur, Memphis, and Sakkara with Emo Tours. My guide Sayed Mahmoud and driver Ibrahim Abido picked me up right on time from my hotel in the morning. Ibrahim was an exceptional driver — smooth, safe, and professional. I was really tired, but his driving was so comfortable that I could actually sleep peacefully on the way to Dashur. Sayed had amazing energy from the start and kept my spirits up throughout the day. He’s not just a guide — he’s a natural storyteller with deep knowledge and experience. Every question I asked, he answered thoroughly and passionately. What I really appreciated was how easy it was to connect with him — our conversation felt effortless and genuine. I could tell him what I was interested in seeing (and what I wasn’t), and he adapted the tour perfectly to my preferences. In Sakkara, we also stopped by a carpet workshop, where a lovely guide explained the craft in both English and French. She was super engaging and, honestly, a great salesperson too! Overall, it was a fantastic experience — comfortable, educational, and truly enjoyable. I’d highly recommend Sayed Mahmoud and Ibrahim Abido with Emo Tours to anyone visiting Cairo. They made my day unforgettable!

Easy to install and can use it instantly once landed at Cairo airport. Signal was great except it breaks occasionally when on the road travel between cities.

I definitely recommend this experience, Safy organised a superb day trip where we visit a true Egyptian farm (with an amazing excellent local breakfast) and the great Saqqara pyramids. Definitely worth to spend the day. Safy’s knowledge was also outstanding overall taking is to the best places in the arqueological site.


