Bingbing, our tour guide, gave excellent explanations and recommended delicious food at every attraction along the way. The accompanying Chinese driver was also very steady, and I didn't feel carsick even on the many mountain roads.

We were so lucky to have met our tour leader, Xiao Pan! He's humorous, witty, and always full of energy, making the trip a constant source of laughter. His introduction to Hokkaido's local cuisine was vivid, the time management was excellent, and he was always ready to answer any questions—he was incredibly kind. We were staying in in Asahikawa and our tour guide Rii was wonderful in facilitating us being able to join and leave the tour . She was very helpful throughout the trip and was definitely one of the highlights in our booking.
