We had such a great time ! We were welcomed into there home and learned how to make homemade pasta and tiramisu. It was a wonderful evening with Thora. She had a lot to say about Aosta and of course about the local specialities. All the dishes on offer were of high quality and extremely tasty. She also took intolerances into consideration. This was a real enrichment for our holiday in the Aosta Valley. Thank you very much!

Our family of four had a great week up on the mountain with Claudio in Zermatt. He showed us around the mountain from different starting points on different days, and we spent a day skiing to and in Italy! He was flexible to start where/when we requested each morning, and he was happy to take all four of us or just the kids, depending on what our needs were that day. Claudio was easy to communicate with via WhatsApp, and he sent us pictures of the kids at some of the scenic spots. Our skiing skills improved vastly over the week. We’d definitely recommend Evolution and Claudio.

Carolina was the best. Great drinks, great food, great conversation. No more needs to be said! I’d give her a higher rating if I could. If you want to feel like a true Torinese person while learning some good information and history from a local who loves her city, then this is the tour for you.
