I recently went to Nagoya alone, and while I didn't really need this, it's cheaper than buying a regular ticket. Just scan the QR code on the app voucher and enter. It's super easy! I took the MuSky and reserved a separate seat for that train. (I made the reservation while waiting in line at immigration after getting off the plane.)

I love the experience of seeing one of Japan's National Treasure - the Inuyama Castle. As far as the tour service is concerned, there was a bit of hiccup in the start because our guide could not find my name on the list of guests. It was also unclear how to visually find the tour guide in the meetup point (ex. Other tours would specify finding a person with a blue flag or a crocodile plushie). Email instruction for the meetup just gave the name and number of the tour guide, which is difficult considering (1) there are many tour guides in the area, (2) not all tour guides are able to speak English even from the same company. Also, I felt that the stay in each destination is kind of rushed, 20 or 30 minutes shorter than how the tour is described in the description. Nonetheless, good experience overall.

I used this eSIM during my trip to Osaka, Kyoto, and Nara, and overall it was a great experience. The network speed was fast and reliable throughout all three cities, even under subway stations, with no disruptions at all. Installation was also very simple — just scan the QR code and activate the eSIM upon arriving in Japan. Everything worked smoothly from start to finish. Highly recommended for anyone traveling to Japan! P/s: I used average of around 2 GB data network per day throughout the trip
