I used it on a trip to Australia and it worked perfectly without any issues. Setup was easy, and it was convenient to be able to use the data immediately after arriving. Not having to go through the hassle of searching for and purchasing a SIM card locally is a major benefit. Overall, it was a very easy-to-use eSIM that I could rely on as a means of communication while traveling.

The sim worked good. There service is amazing, I had a lot of problems with my phone. They tried to help out. Eventually my phone stopt working so I to buy a new one, they gave me a refund on the GB I didn't use on my phone.

So convenient! I gave it to my husband. Since my phone is a mainland China version and can't use eSIM, I made sure to check eSIM compatibility before buying. For Chinese travelers, I still recommend buying a physical roaming SIM card in China for convenience. If you're living abroad like me and have just bought a mainland China version phone, I suggest buying a physical SIM card locally. You can also buy an eSIM card changer.
