Linggu Cave offers a better view than Shanjuan Cave. Shanjuan Cave is a large, open hall, while Linggu Cave requires some wandering and offers more depth. Linggu Cave is relatively less popular among Yixing's tourist attractions, making for a more comfortable visit. Tickets are easily purchased through Ctrip. Yangxian Lake, located near Linggu Cave, is also quite scenic and can be visited along the way.

Our snowy trip to the Mutianyu Great Wall was absolutely magical. Seeing the Great Wall blanketed in white snow was a breathtaking wow moment—I completely fell in love. The bus arrived on time, and our tour guide Amelia explained everything clearly on the way, which made us feel prepared and at ease. She also explained the different routes on the wall and gave us the option to choose, which we really appreciated. The countryside buffet included with our ticket was delicious and comforting—something I would happily choose over Burger King or Subway. We also loved the optional Great Wall certificate as a meaningful keepsake. The cable car ride going up was a bit scary, but the ride down was smooth and enjoyable. We’re very glad we chose Mutianyu over Badaling. There was a small misunderstanding about an earlier bus departure, but the lady organizer handled it kindly and professionally, personally apologizing and making sure everything went smoothly. The experience was surreal!

The itinerary was quite packed, but it was reasonably arranged for a 7-day tour. The local tour guide was also very nice and enthusiastic.
