We had a very pleasant experience with this company. The ride was smooth and comfortable. The driver was very competent and the tour guide was very friendly and helpful. Recommended to all tourists who want to go to Jiaozi Snow Mountain. 5 stars to them!! ๐๐๐๐๐๐โ

Balagezong is a highly recommended stop on any Yunnan trip. It's not overly commercialized, and the overall tourist experience is excellent. From the 1700-year-old Bala Village and the Echo Wall to the Shangri-La Grand Canyon, everything is breathtaking. Balagezong is a place that offers more memorable experiences than just sightseeing, and it's definitely worth a visit.โ

A very good and convenient tour! The tour guide ๅผ ไบๅญ Zhang Yun-sun was amazing, I donโt speak Chinese so he was very helpful with me, he was looking for me and using the traductor to help me to understand! The price is very good because you can go to all the places in a very convenient car, also the timing of the intinerary is very good. In fact, my tour group was a little bit slow than it was expected and he changed everything for our group and wait for us to be more convenient. He is a really nice guy and I really recommend this, itโs very safe and convenient for any kind of travelers, mostly for the solo travelers!!! Highly recommend!!! โจโจ๐๐ปโ

We were so glad that we booked this trip to travel between Lijiang and Shangri-la. We had already booked our accommodation in both places, and at first were considering to take the train, but we are so glad we chose this option instead. The driver picked us up from the hotel in Lijiang at 8am and we went to a local market for breakfast, which I had requested the day before. We arrived at our hotel in Shangri-La before 6pm. On the way we visited Tiger Leaping Gorge, witnessed the amazing scenery along the way and also visited Songzanlin Monastery on our arrival in Shangri-La. Jennifer our tour guide was really great. She is a local Naxi person, and told us a lot about Naxi culture and traditions and was really interesting to listen to, without being too talkative or giving information overload. She also left us to have some time on our own, and we didn't feel pressured or rushed. The whole pace was relaxing and stress free. Thankyou so much for a wonderful day!โ

The time of departure is earlier than what was advertised. I was pick up at 05:50H. You need to download WeChat to be able to communicate to the Driver. I was able to meet younger Chinese who knows how to speak in English and we become friends ๐ They are the one who explain to me what was happening, also the Driver/tour guide will message you in WeChat to make sure you understand. There are extra payment if you wanted to ride horse going around.It was amazingly gorgeous experience. Youโll pay ยฅ150 yuan but it was worth the price. In leaping tiger gorge thereโs an extra ยฅ70 yuan for elevator used but itโs optional. The itinerary is a bit different from what was advertised but itโs was worth the price & we ended the tour around 7pm. Lastly, listen to driver than trip com message. The trip state Iโll be pick up @6:30 but the driver stated 0550 at the pick up Point & he was there. Good thing Iโm ready.The lunch was delicious & fun we dance ๐ Asa solo traveler this activityRecommended ๐ฏโ

The driver was very nice, and the scenery was absolutely stunning. I feel that Baishuitai is the most worthwhile stop on the entire Northwest Yunnan route. Here are some unedited, unfiltered photos for your reference. The driver gave us plenty of time to explore and never rushed us ๐. There were no set meeting times; we could play until we wanted, and rest on the bus when we got tired. It's definitely worth signing up for!๎ฅ
