Buying tickets is very convenient. Just show the code at the entrance and they'll give you your tickets. It's quick, no lines, and slightly cheaper than at the box office.

Beautiful view, nice people, one drink included in the price, whether alcoholic or non-alcoholic. It's cheaper than the competition.

The buffet is rich in variety, and the staff is polite and attentive (dirty dishes were cleared quickly). There's food for every taste. The observation decks are gorgeous, with interesting photo zones for both adults and children. The only minor drawback is the dirty glass in places, so we had to find other angles for photos. There's a separate smoking area.

We booked it for our arrival day and it was great. However, only if you book a balcony seat like we did. Inside it's too noisy and has a canteen feel. The food is very good, though. Probably not suitable for vegetarians.

Everything was very well organized. On the 19th floor, they check your voucher and then you go up. On the 81st floor, you get the view through the windows, and on the 84th, the rotating platform. Some reviews complained about the dirty windows, and that's indeed the case, but the 360-degree view from the 84th floor is incredible (I must have done 20 laps). As for the buffet, there's everything: appetizers, first courses, fish, meat, sushi, desserts, ice cream, and coffee. I highly recommend it.


