I was planning to scout out the bus stop from Termini Station to Fiumicino Airport before making a reservation. There was a staff member there, and when I asked about tickets and the bus, they kindly answered all my questions. Also, the reservation tickets for this bus were cheaper than other airport buses, so I bought them on the day. Showing the voucher was all that was needed. The departure time was accurate, and we arrived in about an hour.

The transfer from the port to Rome was perfect; the staff were very pleasant. However, the service on the bus with the audio guide was not the same. No explanations were given. We had to ask the driver for the audio guides ourselves, as he didn't offer them; they barely even said hello. As for the commentary on the monuments, etc., it was quite poor. There was a lot of music playing, even though there's so much to say, as Rome has so many monuments to see.
