The guide was fantastic. She provided many interesting details, background information, and helpful tips. She skillfully balanced information for both adults and children and kept the group together despite the large number of visitors.
Reviews: Vatican Museums & Sistine Chapel Skip-the-Line Entry Ticket
Guest User2026-02-13
Professional and very friendly staff on site. The museum itself is a grand affair with a capital R. It's a shame you have to queue despite paying the entry fee, especially since the weather wasn't cooperating (rain). A mini guide (1-2 pages) would be helpful, explaining what to see and how to visit, so you don't miss the main attractions.

We opted for the skip-the-line ticket. The I Love Roma representative was punctual, explained everything clearly in French, and then ushered us in. We used an audio guide and enjoyed this wonderful visit.

Ms. Hu's explanations were excellent; my family and I thought it was wonderful. She has a broad knowledge of art history, explains things well, organizes the trip perfectly, and is very dedicated. This was a fantastic journey into religion, art, and culture.
