The boat's service itself was quite good, but the booking details stated that they would call one day in advance of the trip, and there was no call at all. I intended to inform them of the date they called, as it was my mother's birthday, so they could prepare a special cake using their own ingredients, but there was no contact. However, the boat staff handled the problem well. I think it's better to book directly with the boat company for special occasions if you need a cruise.Trip.com Picks
