This was a 2 part tour. The Academia tour was lead by a lovely Danish woman. Tour was very informative and was just detailed enough. Uffizi tour was led by Claudia. This museum is SO large and it was great to visit to the masterpieces chosen by her. Because we visited in the off season, there were no crowds and we had plenty of time to enjoy each room. Claudia recommended 2 fantastic gelato spots and we loved them! Highly recommend this tour

Galya was absolutely amazing as our guide, so knowledgeable and the entire process was seamless. I love the small details she pointed out about Favid and various paintings throughout the Accademia.

It was excellent! We received the tickets and instructions for downloading the audio guide apps in advance via WhatsApp. We downloaded them and brought our own headphones. We did the tour at our own pace, it was really great. We recommend it!


