It's a Gazelle, by the way. But the interior isn't like a minibus, with comfortable, leather-like seats. The route from Nha Trang to Dalat is very scenic, as Dalat is in the mountains. At times, the road seemed dangerous; mudslides do happen there. But the driver was professional, and we had a wonderful ride, stopping once for 20 minutes.

First, you're picked up from the city bus station, then transferred to a larger bus. The journey took eight hours, with two restroom stops along the way. Upon arrival, you're transferred to smaller buses and taken to the hotel. The staff are very attentive and friendly, explaining everything. We took a capsule for two; they're usually located downstairs, so there was plenty of room for us, but larger or taller people are better off taking separate capsules.

Our guide, Phat, contacted us in advance to confirm route details and met us at the hotel. He offered to take photos at every location, held lines for photos, kept an eye on everyone in the group, bought tickets, and shared interesting facts about the sites. Fat is a true professional. He's a cheerful and caring guy. It's best to choose the second option, the rails. If you walk, you'll only see one cascade of the waterfall. But the program was very comprehensive, and I'm happy with everything.


