Ebike seaside by Nice: Fantastic Villefranche's Bay & Hill

Discover the best seasides and hilltops overwhelming Nice & the Bay of Villefranche and a great exploration of the best of this town full of colours on a 5-hour electric bike tour.

Meet your guide at the eBike shop near Place Garibaldi, discover this emblematic Royal square before to cycle smoothly on the piers of the Port of Nice. Let's start the uphill on the Cape being marveled by the Belle Époque villas on both sides, surrounded by a mediterranean forest . Stop to take photos of the best landscape spots over Angels & Villefranche's Bays and discover the beauty of a XVIth century fort hanging over the sea. Then, the refreshing downhill is very pleasant and we will continue along the coast to Villefranche-sur-Mer, enjoying breathtaking views over the Cap Ferrat along the way. Hear about some of the most famous residents of the magnificent villas you see en route.

Upon arrival at Villefranche, take a walking tour of the Old Town and discover tiny streets full of charms. We will pass through the 16th-century fortress, built above the sea to protect the bay from pirates attacks & thousands of stories (very scenic city which inspired the Cinema's History). Now site of several museums, including the Volti Sculpture Museum, the fortress is also home to City Hall and gardens with interesting view points from the towers and walls. We can include the visit of the Cocteau's Chapel, with amazing draws of the famous French movie-maker, writer and artist (+4€ per person). Then, we will offer you a picnic lunch of local specialties by a wonderful beach. Villefranche is perfect for embracing the slow “Dolce Vita” and swimming in azure waters (if so bring swimsuit and towels). Return in Nice after lunch.
