The South Korean tour guide team was very professional. After booking through Ctrip, they communicated with us one day in advance to confirm the meeting time and place. The itinerary was compact and well-planned, visiting Imjingak, Dora Observatory, and the Third Tunnel in sequence. Our tour guide, Kim Ji-hye, was professional, cheerful, and humorous. She provided detailed explanations of the history of inter-Korean relations and each attraction, and thoughtfully helped with taking photos and translation.★

He speaks really good English and regularly checked in with us throughout the day to ensure that we’re okay and enjoying the activity. He’s was also our ski instructor which was a good surprise. Anyway, this is highly recommended! My family had a great time.★
