AMAZING! We had a fantastic day trip. We saw everything that we wanted to and more. Dee was very accommodating and helped us have the best day. When booking through the TUI app, it wasn't apparent that the excursion was operated by a different provider (in this case, Alsafari Tours). We received the voucher from TUI with a mysterious pick-up location. Shortly afterward, I received an email from Alsafari. Communication with their staff was good, and we were picked up directly from the hotel.


