Barletta-Andria-Trani: oil mill tour and oil tasting

- My name is Tatiana, i'm working at Vallarella's Oil Mill, i'm an oil sommelier and we do produce organic extra virgin olive oil.
- We will walk among the country side with centenary olive trees.
- First i will talk and explain the amazing nature of those ancient olive trees, and how we proceed to the harvest time.
- Then you will take a guided tour in the innovative Vallarella Oil Mill built in 2020, with its unique cutting-edge company, discover all the different stages from the production, through extraction and bottling.
- Discover the meaning of real cold extraction oil and become an oil miller/master maker for a day, give voice to your senses (sight, smell and taste) by following directions that the host will advise you to proceed to tasting.
- Taste 2 types of award-winning extra virgin olive oils and a balsamic vinegar accompanied by bruschettas, taralli, local olives and 1 glass of wine of our production in our special tasting room.
