We loved every minute of our class. Our chef was wonderful, we met some great people on our table & we learnt how easy it is to make pizza. Less is definitely, more with fresh ingredients. It also covered dinner for the night.★

I took this class with Francesca in early September. Francesca was so lively and did a very nice job of ensuring everyone understood and heard each and every step. After reading some reviews I wasn’t sure if I was going to actually learn how to make the sauces; Francesca explained the entire process step-by-step. A month later, I was able to accurately re-create a Tuscan Ragú with homemade pappardelle. The wine was great. The people were great. It was an overall excellent experience. Thank you, Francesca, for sharing your family recipes!
I came before the rest of my group came to Italy; I wish I would’ve been able to find some thing for our large group just like this!
