The driver showed us a few things in Terezin before and after the tour and explained everything, such as the train stations where the trains from Prague arrive. It was very informative and interesting.

A truly exciting place with lots of enthusiasts who are passionate about preserving and remembering the atrocities that took place between 1939 and 1945. We are all 3 grateful for the information and the experience. Very nice young man as a guide in the Little Fortress. Unfortunately we did not get to No. 6, where Danish Jews were supposedly held prisoner, but thanks for the information. The whole place made a big impression.

A very insightful visit on the horror of WW II. The small fortress used as a prison was sobering, with the large fortress used as a Jewish ghetto for Czeh and other nationals disposed Jews.

Reviews: From Prague: Terezin Concentration Camp Guided Tour w/ Audio

Please note that this is not a concentration camp, but a visit to a Gestapo prison in Terezin and the museum about the Terezin ghetto (it is just as steeped in history and tragedy). The French-speaking guide was very friendly, dynamic, and engaging. The 1-hour minibus ride there was perfect. We visited with two teenagers, who were very interested. Be aware that the ghetto museum is in English; there is nothing in French.
