Very informative! The tour guide was approachable, wonderful, and engaging! Keep in mind that on weekends (we went on a Saturday), there are a lot of people—lines. We walked from the metro exit to the meeting point (at a brisk pace), but the line was unavoidable—45 minutes.

I chose to hire a car for my trip to Beijing, and the experience far exceeded my expectations! The driver arrived at the agreed location on time early in the morning, and the driving was exceptionally smooth with no sudden braking, making it very safe for both the elderly and children. The car was clean, tidy, and odor-free, with ample space for luggage. He was very cooperative and patient throughout the trip, without any hard selling or hidden tricks. The travel experience was incredibly pleasant!

This trip to Universal Studios was incredibly crowded; the park was packed with tourists. We were so glad we booked a guided tour beforehand – looking back, it was definitely the best decision we made. Our guide, Ms. Song, was extremely experienced. Drawing on her daily experience leading tours, she planned a personalized itinerary for us, including many useful tips and arrangements that you wouldn't find in online guides. She considered the overall park traffic that day to plan our route, trying to avoid peak times and areas. She didn't rigidly adhere to the pre-booked itinerary but flexibly adjusted the order of rides based on real-time queue lengths. We could ask Ms. Song any questions we had during the tour, such as which restaurants in the park to choose from – her recommendations were excellent. She carefully explained which rides were gentler and suitable for children, and which were more thrilling, helping us determine if the experience was suitable for our family. It was quite tiring after a whole day, but seeing so many attractions made it all worthwhile.

Melonie was amazing, no complaints at all. Even though the weather was not ideal, she kept her cool, and was very nice to everyone. The meeting point was easy to find, she sent very thoughtful instructions on WhatsApp before our visit. We connected on WeChat so if someone got lost they could call her and if we had any questions she answered patiently. She sends additional info on what to see, where to go, where to eat etc.
