Please note that your transfer is only valid for the specified date and time. Driver details will be shared with you via email or WhatsApp one day prior to your trip. We look forward to welcoming you and ensuring a memorable journey!
Change & cancellation policies
If a cancellation request is submitted before 01:00, 3 day(s) prior to the date of use, no cancellation fee will be charged.
If a cancellation request is submitted after 01:00 3 day(s) before the date of use, a fee of 100% will be charged.
If a discount is applied, the cancellation fee will be calculated based on the original price before the discount and will not exceed the amount paid.
Partial refund is not available.

Luggage Information

  • Standard Luggage Size: 59cm x 41cm x 24cm. Larger bags will be considered 2 pieces
  • Group of 9 passengers and without luggage
  • Group of 5 - 7 passengers and 3 - 4 pieces of standard sized luggage
  • Pets and large items such as skis, surfboards, wheelchairs, and golf bags cannot be accommodated.

Booking Requirements

  • Important: Infants and children must be included in the passenger headcount
  • All passengers must have their travel documents (passports, ID cards, valid visas) ready prior to boarding

Additional information

  • Eating and drinking inside the vehicle is strictly prohibited
  • Please note: Please choose a vehicle that can accommodate your group size. The operator reserves the right to request guests to book an additional car in cases where the size of the traveling party does not fit the chosen vehicle on the day of travel

Surcharge table

  • Additional Pick-up / Drop-off: from $30 per stop
  • Additional waiting time: SGD10 per 15 minutes block for both ways. Grace waiting period is 30 minutes

What vehicle models are available?

  • We offer one EV van option! This air-conditioned van can accommodate up to 9 passengers without luggage. If you're traveling with standard size luggage, it can comfortably fit 5 to 7 people

When will the operator provide the driver and car plate information after the booking is confirmed?

  • Operator will send driver's details one day before your scheduled date by 6pm SGT. For bookings made less than 24 hours in advance, operator will send driver's details closer to scheduled time

What are the standard dimensions for luggage that the vehicle can accommodate?

  • Our air-conditioned EV van comfortably accommodates up to 9 passengers without luggage.
  • If you're traveling with hand-carry luggage, we recommend a group size of 5 to 7 people for optimal comfort.
  • Standard luggage dimensions: 24 inches (Height: 59 cm, Width: 41 cm, Depth: 24 cm).
