Angel provided a great overview of both the variation and background of the various ingredients to Chinese cooking, dried seafood, meats, vegetables, you name it, very interesting. We als got a great overview of both historical and religious/cultural aspects of Hong Kong. Angel introduced us to Dim Sum in authentic setting, outstanding. we also got to sample many oter delicacies, both edible and drinkable.
