I just wanted to say thank you for the museum tour—it was truly a spectacular experience. The guide was amazing: very knowledgeable, and she explained everything with such clarity and passion. She was also very kind, patient, and friendly throughout. Even with my jet lag, I was completely engaged; her way of telling the story of Vincent van Gogh was fascinating. You can really tell she loves what she does. Thank you so much for such a special experience!

Zaanse Schans was delightful, and the tour got us there before the crowds! Edam was super charming. The cheese demonstration was light, but the cheese tasting was super fun. Clog workshop was interesting too! The provider should cut out Marken from the itinerary and give us two hours for lunch. Lunch in Volendam was very rushed.

The Ollantay Food Tour with our fantastic guide Roman was enriching on so many levels. We learned a lot about the beautiful, multifaceted city of Amsterdam and also about the Dutch food culture. Sightseeing and enjoying delicious, well selected dishes perfectly combined. Roman is such a nice and entertaining guy. And he always made sure the whole group is doing fine. His passion for this city is so contagious. A great way to discover Amsterdam and definitely a recommendation!

It was a wonderful trip to the castle. The information panels in the castle, available in several languages, were fantastic. The park is lovely for a stroll.
