Guillermo is a fantastic tour guide, he gives not only historical explanations but also cultural details of the city. Very interesting!

The size of the place is impressive. The buildings are beautiful. We spent almost four hours trying to see everything. Bring a charged cell phone to take photos and be prepared to climb up and down many stairs. Excellent tour. The viewpoints offer a wonderful view of the city and the Sierra Nevada Mountains.

A fantastic attraction, well worth a visit even in winter! The audio guide service is excellent. It would be great if inexpensive headphones were provided.

This was an interesting experience… educational, guided by a local eager to point out the beauty of his country. Crossing the border was an experience- bring your patience as there can be quite a line at times. Both meals were delicious. The best part was the horse and carriage tour of Granada, with a stop at a chocolate and rum shop with a mini learning/ tasting experience. Carriage was an extra $10 but you can also just walk this part. The boat ride to see the spider and howler monkeys was beautiful and the perfect end of the trip. Bring water and USD, no card machines anywhere I spent money, plus you’ll need it for tips.

We liked everything. We were a little cold because there was a window without glass, and it was raining and very cold that day, but well wrapped up, we really enjoyed the walk. I noticed they changed the route; last year the San Cristóbal viewpoint was on the left when we were going down, and this year it was on the right, but everything was great.
