The tour guide was incredibly professional and attentive. There were only two of us, and he took photos of us at every attraction – they were even better than the photos we took ourselves! Highly recommend the Mermaid Island day trip! It features a fully Chinese-speaking guide, complete snorkeling equipment, a buffet lunch with some fresh seafood like shrimp and crab, and free beach activities including a bubble machine. Excellent value for money!★

I arrived in Yabi in the morning and booked a firefly tour that departed in the afternoon at the last minute. It was a wonderful surprise! The driver picked me up, the air conditioning on the bus was great, and there were even USB charging ports on the seats. It rained when we set off in the afternoon, so we moved two of the sights along the way to the evening on the way back. We saw fireflies in the mangrove forest, and the food was delicious. The children at the pier put on a fantastic show and even shook hands with you – so innocent and adorable! The guide on the boat was also very helpful in attracting fireflies and finding monkeys to guide everyone. The iron flower display, though brief, was also very beautiful.
