Beyond specified area: Transfer services are not available beyond the specified pick-up/drop-off area, *Hotel Pick-Up Information* We offer daily pick-up service from most hotels and resorts in Bavaro, Punta Cana, Macau, and Uvero Alto for all our tours. ⏳ Pick-up starts 1.5 hours before your scheduled tour time. *Pick-Up Times by Area* Bavarian, Bullfighter & Punta Cana (Closer Hotels) Pick-up begins earlier : 7 : 00 AM / 10 : 00 AM / 1: 00 PM (depending on your selected time slot) Macau & Uvero Alto (Farther Hotels) Pick-up begins later : 8 : 10 AM / 11 : 10 AM / 2 : 10 PM (depending on your selected time slot) ✅ *Important Notes* - Be ready at your hotel's designated pick-up point (lobby, main gate, or meeting area) at least 10 minutes before your assigned pick-up time. - Drivers can only wait up to 5 minutes at each location. Please confirm your pick-up location with your hotel reception in advance. *Out of the transportation Zone Airbnb/ Apartments* If you are staying at a property without direct transportation access, please meet us at our designated meeting point : KFC across from Coco Bongo Punta Cana (Downtown) *No Direct Pick-Up Zones* Miches → Guests must arrive at Playa Macau on their own (Uber or private transport). Locations too far outside our regular pick-up routes (extra transport fee may apply if requested). *Changes & Assistance* Need to update your pick-up location or time?
