I booked on both arrival and departure. For arrival, it seems only slightly faster than general queue line probably due to early morning landed at the airport around 8 am. For departure, yes, it is significantly faster than general queue. But you still need to go into another queue line (join with other) for security screening. Unless you buy a super vip fast track which will have different queue line for security screening.★

The process was really quick, despite the obligatory line and bag drop. Afterwards, customs took only 5 minutes. We walked through a separate corridor from the main line.★

Excellent service. They meet you at passport control upon arrival, and it only takes 7-10 minutes. I recommend it. During peak season, the queues are simply unrealistic. If you want to save time and stress, it's better to take the fast track.★

I really enjoyed this tour! The day before departure, I received an email confirming the hotel address, and the transfer arrived exactly at the appointed time. Along the way, the guide introduced us and asked about our coffee preferences. Upon arrival, everyone was given their chosen drinks, along with a bottle of water. The early hour worked in our favor—it wasn't too hot, there weren't many people there (the tour groups had significantly increased by the time we left), and it was also convenient for those who combine travel and remote work, as they return to the hotel around 11 a.m. (and the whole day lies ahead). The tour itself was wonderful. My English is intermediate, but I understood most of what he told me, and the guide himself speaks English professionally. He has a very pleasant energy: he speaks profound and wisely, yet has a wonderful sense of humor and is attentive to each member of the group. The lunch was filling and delicious, but we had to order drinks separately. Everything was perfectly organized, and I'm very happy!★

We enjoyed our previous trip to Hoi An with this company so much that we booked another transfer with them — this time to Ba Na Hills 🌿
We made the booking at 9 AM, and by 2 PM a car was already there to pick us up — very fast and convenient 👍
We spent about 5 hours at Ba Na Hills, which was just enough for us. We started heading back down at 6 PM.
For the return trip, there was a different driver. We texted him one hour in advance, and he met us right at the park exit at Parking 1 — super easy and well organized.
Good to know: during the day you normally need to take a shuttle bus to the parking area, but after 5 PM it doesn’t operate, so the driver meets you directly at the exit.

Lunch at the adventure park consists of fried chicken rice and watermelon. The receptionists and instructors speak English, and one of the zipline instructors also speaks Russian. Instructors will take photos and videos of ATV and zipline participants and encourage them to pose in different ways, all at no extra cost.
The biggest advantage of booking activities through Trip.com is that you can register the night before the activity, allowing you to check weather forecasts to avoid rain or storms, ensuring a more enjoyable experience for outdoor activities like ziplining and ATV.
