Visitors can head directly to the Mucem, located at 7 Promenade, Robert Laffont, 13002 Marseille. Please have your ticket downloaded and ready to show.

Change & cancellation policies

If a cancellation request is submitted before 00:00, 1 day(s) prior to the date of use, no cancellation fee will be charged.

If a cancellation request is submitted after 00:00 1 day(s) before the date of use, a fee of 100% will be charged.

If a discount is applied, the cancellation fee will be calculated based on the original price before the discount and will not exceed the amount paid.

Opening hours may vary seasonally. May to June: 10:00 am - 07:00 pm; July to August: 10:00 am - 08:00 pm; September to October: 10:00 am - 07:00 pm; November to December: 10:00 am - 06:00 pm

The Mucem is fully wheelchair accessible, and Fort Saint-Jean has some limited accessibility
