Reviews: Bipenggou Private Tour
Guest User2026-09-06
We booked a private tour with Aether Tours to Bipenggou and had a wonderful experience. Our driver, Mr. Lu, was very friendly, approachable and attentive. He arrived earlier than the appointed time to pick us up from our hotel, which was greatly appreciated. During the journey, Mr. Lu regularly checked on us to make sure we were comfortable. He also kindly assisted us with purchasing the tickets for the scenic area, making the whole process much easier for us. The Aether Tours staff also checked in on us during the trip to make sure everything was going well and that we were safe and comfortable. After a long day at Bipenggou, Mr. Lu noticed that we were tired on the drive back. Knowing it was a long journey, he kindly told us to relax and take a nap. This thoughtful gesture really showed how caring and considerate he was. We truly appreciated the excellent service from both Mr. Lu and the Aether Tours team. Highly recommended, and we would definitely use Aether Tours again!

Reviews: Departing from Chengdu: Bifengxia wildlife park + panda epic drama [1-day private charter tour]
Guest User2026-01-07
To Our Journey Guardians: Thank You for Being With Us Along the Way, [Driver/Guide Li Linjun] The deepest gratitude and peace of mind we felt during this trip to [Bifengxia] came from you—our beloved driver and guide. Not only were you a highly skilled "helmsman," but also a warm and attentive "guide" and "housekeeper." We will never forget the smooth, boat-like ride that made the rugged mountain roads comfortable and safe; we will never forget your meticulous checks of the vehicle and luggage and your reassuring presence after each stop; and we will never forget your enthusiastic introduction to the local customs and culture, leading us to discover the most authentic scenic spots. Always there when we needed it, you would offer a bottle of water or remind us to put on a layer of clothing. This care that went beyond your job duties filled the entire trip with the warmth of home and a long-time friend. Professional, reliable, enthusiastic, and thoughtful—you defined "five-star service" with your actions. Because of you, this journey was not only safe and smooth, but also filled with unforgettable stories and laughter. You are the most precious encounter on our journey. We sincerely say to you: Thank you for your hard work! We sincerely wish you success in your work and peace and happiness! We will definitely recommend you to more friends and look forward to the next trip, hoping to have the opportunity to ride in your car and enjoy the beautiful scenery together.

Reviews: Mengding Mountain Tea Picking 1-Day Tour [Tea Picking + Tea Making Experience, Round-Trip from Chengdu, Pure Fun]
Guest User2026-04-26
We loved the day! Our tour guide, Ling, was very nice. There were a lot of stairs, but since we enjoy hiking, that wasn't a problem for us. The tea-making demonstration was fascinating and a completely new experience for us. We highly recommend it!

Reviews: Dujiangyan One-Day Tour (Includes entrance fee and headset | Small group (8 people) or large group available | Evening departure)
Guest User2026-09-30
The itinerary was well-planned, relaxed, and efficient, allowing us to conclude our enjoyable trip perfectly before the peak tourist season. There were no shopping stops throughout the entire trip. Our tour guide was patient and meticulous, providing clear explanations while also taking care of all members, working seamlessly with the driver. The upgraded bus was spacious and comfortable, making the trip very pleasant. The food was also excellent. Chengdu left a wonderful impression thanks to this enjoyable trip!
