This is a reliable service you can book with confidence. Guide Andy was friendly and warm, and went above and beyond to ensure we had a great time! Excellent food recommendations as well. We are a mixed English and Chinese speaking group, so we were able to overcome any language gap by switching languages. We communicated via Wechat before the tour and could explain what we were interested to see and discuss an itinerary together. Andy did not rush us along, which did mean we had to adjust our itinerary during the day, but we were happy to do so because we had already seen parts of West Lake the day before. If you are on a strict schedule, you should communicate that as well and I'm sure they will ensure you can see everything you want to. We had a wonderful time and would highly recommend this service.â

I had an absolutely amazing time in this tea village! The hosts were incredibly welcoming and kind, which made the experience even more enjoyable. The scenery was breathtaking: walking through the fields, picking flowers, and enjoying the peaceful views was such a joy for both the eyes and the mind. The tea activity was very educational. I learned different techniques for stirring and drying the tea, and the little tasting session was a real treat. The place is beautiful, and the friendly hosts made the experience even more memorable. They even kindly offered me a drone shot, which was such a thoughtful gesture. I highly recommend it and hope to return someday with friends!!!â

Great trip ... went all over the island ... guide KiKi was pointing out all the places of interest on the way ... very informative ... plus he became the photographer and too loads of pictures with your phone etc. Very jovial chap and kept us laughing all the way. Driver was also very good ... very careful on done dodgy roads and tracks.
