How to install eSLM on mobile phone?
Note: The installation process cannot be interrupted. Before installation, please ensure that the Internet connection of your device is stable.

If a cancellation request is submitted before 00:00, 1 day(s) prior to the expiration date, no cancellation fee will be charged.
If a cancellation request is submitted after 00:00 1 day(s) before the expiration date, a fee of 100% will be charged.
Cancellation is not allowed once the product is activated.
If a discount is applied, the cancellation fee will be calculated based on the original price before the discount and will not exceed the amount paid.

1. How do I download and use it after purchasing an eSIM?

The system will send a QR code for downloading the eSIM to the email address linked to your order after you make your purchase.

2. What should I do if I don't receive the email with the download QR code?

If you do not receive it, please contact online customer service or send an email to internet-hvgroup2@hvgroup.com.cn to request a resend of the eSIM QR code.

3. Can I download an eSIM profile on different devices?

No, an eSIM profile can only be downloaded to one device for use.

4. Why am I unable to "Join a mobile network plan" after scanning the eSIM QR code on my device?

Please make sure your device is connected to WiFi before trying again.

5. How do I switch my data to eSIM?

Please check if your cellular number is enabled by selecting "Cellular – Cellular Number – Enable this number". If you still have problems, please contact customer service.

6. How do I check the ICCID?

If your cellular number is enabled, you can view your ICCID in "General – About – eSIM".

7. I have successfully activated the eSIM service, but the applicable device is unable to connect to the mobile network. What should I do?

Please turn off and restart your device and update your iOS version before trying again.

8. The issue of eSIM not being able to share hotspots.

Due to differences in mobile device versions, if you encounter an issue where eSIM works normally but you cannot share a hotspot, please try the following instructions to see if you can restore it:

1) Is the phone a contract phone or a locked phone?

2) Has the VPN been turned off?

3) Has data roaming been enabled?

4) Should eSIM be set as the primary number?

5) Is your phone updated to the latest iOS version (iOS 13.6)?

6) Please use a physical SIM card to access the internet, turn on the mobile hotspot sharing function (ensure the hotspot is available), then do not turn off the hotspot, and then switch the phone to eSIM internet access. Please try this several times and turn the phone on and off.

7) If all the above issues have been resolved, please contact online customer service.
