Wonderful experience for a family of 8 (grand parents, grand kids & adults). We were able to book the night before and they worked with us on the agenda. Cinque Terra was the highlight - just beware the dingy service was the old man of the sea and was a bit stressful for the grandparents. I would have worked with them to pick us up from the Cruise Area - but we were able to get a taxi there. They dropped us off by the cruise drop off which saved us a taxi on the way back. We did get a Coastal Guard inspection - but we used the time to swim. I would say just go with the flow - and it was great. Things to note - bring towels, and cash for the gas fee. Mateo & Vicki were great though! Would highly recommend it.★

I think this group is very cost-effective. In addition, the scenery is really beautiful. The Cinque Terre is colorful. The building tilted in Pisa is really amazing. The itinerary is not a horse and flower view. The director and customer service are very satisfied.★

Simply search the longitude and latitude coordinates on Google Maps to find the meeting point. The bus ride alone, excluding the tour guide, gives you about 2.5 hours of free time, which is plenty of time.
