How to use
Please arrive at the meeting point at least 15 minutes before the activity starts.
Change & cancellation policies
If a cancellation request is submitted before 00:00, 1 day(s) prior to the date of use, no cancellation fee will be charged.
If a cancellation request is submitted after 00:00 1 day(s) before the date of use, a fee of 100% will be charged.
If a discount is applied, the cancellation fee will be calculated based on the original price before the discount and will not exceed the amount paid.
Partial refund is not available.
Important note
Extra fees to be paid on-site:
- A deposit of € 300 is required per vehicle (via credit card)
- You can add a Collision Damage Waiver (CDW) insurance on the day of rental (€ 15 per Spinach)
Know in advance:
- The maximum number of people per Spinach is 2
- This tour requires a minimum age of 7. Children 8 to 12 years old or with a minimum height of 1.35m (4.42 feet) can ride on a booster seat. Please inform the local provider beforehand if you need one. You'll find their contact in the voucher after booking
- All riders must sign a Standard Participant Agreement
Remember to bring:
- You'll be required to show a valid ID and driver's license at check-in. Copies of the documents are not accepted
