Arriving at the immigration counter, I was struck by the sheer size of the crowd and the strictness of the uniforms. However, the company representative explained everything clearly, and I was able to meet the local staff and enter the country safely and quickly. My departure was also smooth. Thank you. I highly recommend this service to anyone traveling. Please note that the ticket booths typically open three hours before departure, so it's helpful to know this. Thank you for your hard work.★

We booked a fast track pass the day before arriving in Vietnam while sitting at the airport. The staff contacted me immediately to confirm the details, and upon arrival, they were waiting for us with a sign with our names. It was truly the best thing you could ask for after a long flight. I can't go to Vietnam without the fast track, lol.
I skipped the long lines and got straight through the screening process, and I'm 1000% satisfied.
If I'm tired of waiting in line, my entire first day's schedule gets ruined, but I'm so happy I'm out in less than 10 minutes.

We booked the car 1 day before . After booking , we received WhatsApp message from the driver. The driver gave us details and confirmed our booking. The driver pick us up at our hotel on time and sent us safely to Ba Na Hills. We spent whole day in the hill and over the promised return time. Thank you for waiting us, of course they charged us overtime with the little amount. Thank you for the service.★
